EHSura's founding came from a simple but relentless question that followed Rodney Watkins across 20+ years of leadership — across boardrooms, entrepreneurial ventures, and eventually into some of the most demanding industrial environments in the country: how do you help people see where they are, understand where they need to go, and find the will to close the gap?

That question — and the experience earned in answering it — is the foundation EHSura is built on. Rodney's greatest passion remains what it has always been: helping others succeed. EHSura is the vehicle for doing that at scale.
